TIME TO STRAIGHTEN UP.

Want to lose that jelly-belly? Stand up straight. Sit up straight. See the difference? Standing and sitting up straight will affect you immediately.

First thing to remember, slouching does nothing for you except to draw attention to your belly fat. So just by sitting up straight, you will be seen a lot slimmer.

Secondly, having proper posture will improve the strength of your back, which in turn makes it a lot easier to maintain this proper posture for longer periods of time.

Thirdly, if you have poor posture, you will always experience back pain, and back pain makes stomach exercises all the more difficult for you. Practicing good posture will make it a lot easier for you to target that tummy and help you easily eliminate the unwanted belly fat.

And Finally, having good posture by standing and sitting up straight enhances your blood circulation. Your blood will flow properly throughout your body, especially to your legs and lower back, both important parts in your body when it comes to stomach exercises.

THE PERSONAL TRAINER vs. THE AT-HOME WORKOUT.

First, consider what you get with a personal trainer.

When you pick this route, you will receive:
* A workout plan
* A workout that will be scheduled around your trainer
* A monthly payment you will need to pay to the trainer

When you choose a full body workout to do at home, you will receive:
* A workout plan
* A plan you can do at any time of the day or night
* An inexpensive way to look great

Personal trainers do not hold the secrets to getting a great body. A good workout is all you need, and you will be well on your way. Do not make the mistake of trying to pack a personal trainer into your busy schedule. You can get burned out on a workout very quickly when you are shuttling from work to the gym.
Instead, get a full body workout you can do while at home. You will feel great and you will be able to stick with the workout. That means you will not have to worry about gaining the weight back just because the contract with the personal trainer expired. You will have something you can do at your home for as long as you want.
A perfect solution to working out on your own is presented in the Six Pack Abs. program. So if you are looking to get in some great shape and maintain that perfect body structure without burning yourself out, be consistent with which ever routine you choose, even if it means using your family for motivation. You will not regret that you did.

SPINE SAVER TIPS WHILE LOSING BELLY FAT.

At times we are so concerned about our ugly stomachs, that the steps we take to lose belly fat keep our minds off the other essentials of maintaining a healthy body. It is very important to maintain a regimen that will proportionately benefit the total body structure. (i.e the Spine)

Short of a corset, there's nothing that will do more to alleviate back pain than these tips from Arnie Kander, P.T., head physical therapist for the Detroit Pistons.

Check your mirror.

It's easy to slouch on long car trips or tense up on stressful ones. Angle your rear view mirror just a little too high so that every time you check it, you remember to relax your shoulders and sit up straight.

Steal a towel.

Sitting for long periods pummels the disks in your lower spine. A rolled-up hand towel tucked between the small of your back and your chair or car seat will help take the pressure off. Keep one towel at your desk and one in the car.

Lose the laptop.

It's designed for portability--and poor posture, because the keyboard is connected to the screen. If you can't work without one, use a detached keyboard, such as the Stowaway Bluetooth

Know squat.

Whenever you lift anything, think of Charlize Theron and say to yourself, Nice stems. This will help you remember to squat and lift with your legs, and never, ever bend at the waist.

Take the time.

Shortcuts brutalize backs. Take the extra time you need to correctly lift a shovelful of dirt or snow... to walk a message to a coworker instead of e-mailing it... to allow frequent breaks when hunched over a household project.

These tips will help to keep you on track during the periods when you are not actually working on your Abs. Remember, A totally structured body is the ultimate goal.

HEART ATTACK AND DRINKING WARM WATER.

For those of us who are trying to get rid of unwanted belly fat, and are willing to try almost anything, we need to also understand the process of digesting the foods we eat.

This is a very good article. Not only about the warm water after your meal, but about Heart Attacks . The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals, not cold water, maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating.

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer . It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

Common Symptoms Of Heart Attack...
A serious note about heart attacks - You should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting . Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line .
You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive.

THE BEST DIET AND EXERCISE FOR YOU.

When looking at a Diet and Exercise program to lose belly fat, one of the best things to start with is the diet portion of the equation. A healthy diet is one that is balanced in all of the food groups. But not simply that. A healthy diet is one that is low in fats and sugars. Those are the elements that our bodies process to give us energy, but if we are taking in too many than our bodies will hang onto them as fat. That excess belly fat is not only unappealing to the eye, but it can be purely life threatening.

The second part of the Diet and Exercise equation is equally important. To be a health individual we need to have a regular exercise program in place in our day to day routine. Most people need to be exercising for thirty minutes three to five times a week. Of course, if you can do more that is ideal, but as long as you are getting at least that much exercise then you will be taking the necessary steps to keep yourself healthy. There are all sorts of exercises out there. The key is to find something that you like to do, and that challenges your body. If you can do that then you will be sure to get your body working so that it can burn through the fuel that you are providing to it.

STAVE OFF HOLIDAY WEIGHT GAIN.

Don’t let the fear of holiday weight gain weigh you down. Men gain more unwanted belly fat between Turkey Day and New Year’s Eve, but with a game plan, you won’t have to make weight loss your resolution for ’09.

Eat right: There are plenty of simple food swaps you can make at your family dinner table that taste delicious and pack half the fat and calories as other choices. Eat beef over ham, and go for roasted potatoes instead of mashed, which are usually packed full of butter or heavy cream. For dessert, pair chocolate fondue with fresh fruit and a glass of red wine. It feels like an indulgence, but the pairing packs many health benefits—dark chocolate can reduce diabetes risk and is good for the heart, and both wine and chocolate help reduce oxidative stress in the body, lowering cancer risk.

Work it off: Burn off those sugar cookies with explosive workouts that rev your metabolism and keep you burning belly fat outside the gym. Can’t find a medicine ball at grandma’s? You won’t need fancy equipment for these fat-blasting bodyweight exercises. And you’ll do more than just keep the jelly belly away: Keeping up with your fitness will reduce your risk of injury in your favorite winter sports—the perfect way to shake off the holiday stress.

HOW TO BUILD AND TONE ABDOMINAL MUSCLE

There are several guides and various exercise equipment options around that will help you to shape and tone abdominal muscles, but the most important thing to do is commit to a program, and remain consistent. Chances are if you’re feeling the burn in your abs after an exercise, it is working. Some exercises work better than others, but most have worked for someone, and thus can work for you. In addition to exercise, you will want to include protein in your diet. Protein helps to build muscle in all areas of the body.

If you are overweight, your toned abs won’t be visible through a layer of stubborn belly fat, and you will want to work to reduce your overall weight before embarking on an aggressive abdominal exercise program.

The Myth About Spot Reduction.

Despite all those programs out there which profess that you can lose fat on your hips, arms, buns, or belly through various exercises, the truth is that without losing fat around your whole body, you won’t see any visible reduction in fat on a specific area. Even if you did abdominal exercises twice a day, your impressive stomach muscles will be covered up by fat if you don’t work to reduce your body weight as a whole. To start weight reduction, you will need to balance diet and exercise. There are also a few smaller points like drinking water to stay hydrated, eating organic food, and avoiding late night snacks that will help you to lose weight.

There are several proven methods, but the guaranteed way to lose belly fat, love handles, or cellulite is by stacking proven methods in your favor. The more steps you take to change your lifestyle, the more likely you will be to lose weight.

HEALTHY EATING.

This is a great day
. After years of trying systems after systems to lose belly fat, I have finally found a tried and proven method to achieve this goal. Every year millions try to lose weight and are met with disappointment for the most part. This can be blamed on us living in a world filled with empty calories and endless temptations, making it easy to give in to cravings.

Over the years it has been proven that food consumed in the raw form ( for the most part) is best for keeping our health under control, thus reducing unwanted belly fat tremendously. The power of raw food is truly found in its simplicity. When we eat food that is uncooked, untreated, and unadulterated, we are eating food in harmony with nature’s intention and our body’s design. Raw food enthusiasts will tell us how well they have been able to lose unwanted fat, while deriving the benefits of what they eat.

When we consume raw foods, we are consuming all of the vitamins, minerals, enzymes, probiotics and phytonutrients in their most potent form. Simply heating foods can result in the loss of many of these important co-factors. When we consider the chemical treatments and preservative ingredients added, we are often left with food that is prime for that ugly stomach fat we develop over time. In all honesty, who among us would argue that eating canned, pasteurized fruit cup in syrup is better than eating a raw, organic apple?

While all food provides some nutrition, raw foods provide higher levels of the 45 nutrients we need to supply our body with every day to achieve extraordinary health. For those who are trying to lose belly fat and keep it off for good while creating and maintaining a healthy body, take note.

WHY DIETERS FAIL TO LOSE WEIGHT.

The current high levels of obesity have made losing stomach fat a major health priority throughout North America. At the same time, statistics show that average weight loss for dieters on conventional diets amounts to a mere 5-8 pounds per year. Why is dieting so difficult? According to a new survey, there are three reasons.(1) We don't have a sufficiently powerful incentive. (2) We let ourselves go hungry; and (3) We don't deal effectively with "bad days". And having ugly stomach fat do not help in the least.

The new weight loss survey asked dieters to identify the three biggest obstacles they faced when following a calorie-controlled eating plan. The most popular replies were.
-Inadequate incentive to lose weight (75 percent)
-Hunger (70 percent)
-Bad days (69 percent)

Let's look at what causes these diet problems, and how we can overcome them.

Why Is Incentive So Important When Trying To Lose Belly Fat?
We gain unwanted belly fat either because we consume too many calories, or burn too few, or (most likely, a combination of both). So to lose a fat belly, we need to correct this calorie imbalance by changing our eating and exercise habits. But as we all know, regular habits aren't easily changed, especially if it means cutting out our favorite food treats. The only way to do it, is to find a strong incentive to help us change.
In a nutshell, we need an answer to the question: How will I benefit from losing weight?

Most dieters can't answer this question! Those who can, usually reply: "Because I'll feel better" or "Because my health will improve". Other dieters may say they are trying to reduce weight to satisfy their doctor, or partner. These general reasons are much too week to motivate us to change our regular eating and exercise routine. For instance, losing belly fat to please others rarely works. As a result, as soon as our weight loss diet runs into problems, we quit.

What Type Of Incentive Is Best To Lose Belly Fat?
In order to stay motivated to get rid of a jelly-belly, we must fix our eyes on something personal - some kind of selfish, personal benefit - for example, a beach holiday, or a family occasion, or the achievement of a specific fitness goal. Whatever benefit we choose to inspire us to lose weight, must be specific and have a fixed date.
Make up your own diet incentive. Choose anything that makes your weight loss goal really desirable!

Why Hunger Stops Us Losing A Fat Belly?
Most dieters still believe that food is their enemy. So they think the less they eat, the quicker they'll lose belly fat. NOT TRUE! The truth is, the less we eat, the more hungry we get and the quicker our diet goes up in smoke. Don't forget, the human body is genetically designed to eat when hungry and no amount of willpower will neutralize this basic urge - at least, not for long. That's why low-calorie diet are usually followed by eating binges.

How To Avoid Hunger And Lose Belly Fat
Skipping meals during the day is the main cause of hunger. So make certain you eat regularly throughout the day, and eat a minimum of 1200-1300 calories fer day - more if you exercise for 45 minutes. Regular eating reassures your body that food is plentiful, so it burns calories more efficiently. In addition, it maintains steady blood sugar levels thus preventing sudden urges to overeat.

To Lose Belly Fat It's Better To Eat Too Much Rather Than Too Little.
Each of us has days when we feel extra hungry. When this happens, EAT MORE! Might this slow down your attempt to lose stomach fat? A little, perhaps, but so what? Needing a few extra days to achieve your weight loss goal is not a problem. The real problem is not eating enough and getting hungry and depressed. Because when this happens, you'll stop dieting and start binging.

How To Cope With Bad Days Without Quitting Your Diet
All dieters experience "bad days". Unfortunately, most of them insist on perfection. So if they visit a friend and finish up eating 2 containers of ice cream and a box of cookies, they go to pieces. They become overwhelmed by guilt at not being perfect, and quit their diet in disgust. But eating the ice cream and cookies is pretty harmless - you need to eat a very large amount of food (3500+ calories) to gain just one pound of belly fat - the real damage is caused by the guilt that follows. So what's the answer? DON'T TRY TO BE PERFECT! Once you stop seeing yourself as the PERFECT dieter you'll feel entitled to make occasional mistakes, and you'll find dieting much easier and much less stressful.

Successful Weight Loss Is Only Possible With Proper Support.
The three problems outlined above are just a few of the difficulties we face when trying to lose belly fat. To overcome them and all the other diet issues that stand in the way of our weight loss goal, we need to get help. This is much more important than choosing the perfect calorie-controlled eating plan, because no diet can motivate you to stay on track. Only other people can help you do this. Weight loss, even for people who have been obese for years, is easy when we get motivation and encouragement from others. So when you join an online weight loss program, make sure it has an active diet-support forum. Because when we have people behind us, we can do anything.
