Time and again we have been told of the various ways to lose weight. They all have one thing in common. HIGH COST! These vary from Diet Foods to Exercise Equipments, yet we see little or no success. All the while there are simple steps we all can take to lose unwanted belly fat without changing our way of life.

1. Drink a glass of water immediately upon arising... this starts the body's metabolism and cleansing.
2. Eat a big breakfast... mainly consisting of things like ORGANIC fruits: pears, berries, apples, kiwis, pineapples, grapefruit, plums, peaches, prunes, figs as well as the likes of rye bread, raw butter (not pasteurized or homogenized),raw milk, plain yogurt(no sugar or fruit), wild smoked salmon, organic beef, chicken or lamb. 5. Do not eat after 6.00pm...you can eat all day, but avoid eating after 6.00 pm.
